This privacy policy describes how and why Rowaco AB (“Rowaco”, “we” or “us”) collects your personal data when you use our website or communicate and interact with us in any other way. In short, we promise to keep your data safe and to only use the data we have for legitimate reasons. This privacy policy is in effect starting immediately from May 25th2018.

Who can access to the data at Rowaco?

With the exceptions listed above, only our employees can access the data and will do so only when for legitimate reasons. Whenever we handle personal information as described above, we will make sure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Where do we store the data and how do we protect it?

All our data is protected in reasonable technical and organizational ways. The data that we have will be stored on databases and our secure servers. We use firewalls, encryption and password protection to keep your information safe. Should a data breach occur despite of these measures, we will investigate the incident and notify the relevant parties and authorities.

How long will we store the data?

As long as we have an ongoing dialogue with you for legitimate business reasons, such as discussions regarding our products and services, we will keep your personal information. In order to keep it accurate, we will audit it when necessary. Any personal information that has not been used for a period of 24 months will be removed.
