This versatile foreline trap prevents contaminants from entering
the vacuum pump and protects the system from pump fluid
contamination.

Posi-Trap® vacuum inlet trap filter elements are sealed at both
the inlet and exhaust. This provides positive trapping of the
effluent gas stream and eliminates “blow-by,” forcing all
particulates to pass through the filter medium.
